6. Refund Policy

7. Software License and Usage Rights

Upon subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI software as a service during your active subscription period, subject to the usage limits specified in your subscription plan.

Our AI software operates through cloud-based APIs and does not require local installation. We maintain 99.9% uptime SLA and continuously improve our algorithms and performance.
Support includes API documentation, integration assistance, and troubleshooting. We do not provide consulting services, custom development, or business strategy advice - only technical software support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
