The no-results page is the page a shopper lands on after a search returns zero matching products — typically a dead end unless the store recovers it with alternative suggestions.

Left unhandled, a no-results page usually just displays an empty state or a generic "no products found" message. Stores that recover zero-result searches replace that dead end with related products, broader matches, or search suggestions on the same page, so the shopper isn't forced to reformulate the query themselves.
